Updates
The following downloadable
UPDATES are available. Downloading these files are only
necessary if you installed your system prior to the "Last
updated" date of the update file. If you installed your
software on or after 06/01/2010,
there is no need to download updates.
PLEASE NOTE :
These downloaded files must be copied into the
folder that BENUTRIWISE
was installed into. The default
installation folder
is c:\Program Files\BENUTRIWISE. If you changed this during
the
installation process then copy the downloaded file into the
folder
you selected.

5 of the software now includes access to 200+ pre-defined exercises.
Please download the latest exerise database and update your
software by clicking 'Tools' followed by 'Update Exercise Database'.
Version 5 now also provides you with a Back Up and Restore facility
which makes backing up your Benutriwise data easy.
